All orders are confirmed within 24 hours once received. Once ready to be shipped, you will be forwarded tracking.

Our handbags are all currently Pre-order items ONLY that have a specific ship date. This date can be found within each handbag’s description on product pages.

The full amount of the order will be collected at the time of checkout. All orders are shipped from our New York studio.

Deliveries typically arrive 5-7 business days from the pre-order fulfilment date. Clients are responsible for all shipping rates and any fees associated with shipping rates.

Sales tax is calculated at the checkout point. New York residents pay 8.875%.

We do not currently accommodate international orders but hope to do so in the near future.

Exchanges & Store Credit.:

Customers have the opportunity to cancel a sale within the first day of the sale. We unfortunately are unable to refund any requests past this timeframe.

If there is an issue regarding your order, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to IWFY being a small business, at this time, we are unable to accept any refunds, however after review we can accept ONLY exchanges and store credit.

To be eligible, please return your item in the same condition it was purchased, unused and with all tags and dustbags within its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt as proof of purchase.

Please contact us before attempting an exchange. If the package is returned without approval the request will automatically be denied.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once the item has been received and we have performed a final inspection to let you know if the exchange item was approved or not.

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item. This ensures we are able to review and act in a timely fashion. We are constantly working to improve our service and stock assortment.
